Reservation Details:

You may make your reservation by using the secure weblink or by phone. 

You will need to give credit card info when you make your reservation.  Your card will not be charged until the date of arrival. 

If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so without penalty (no credit card or any other charge/cost) up to 48 hours before the date of your reservation.  Failure to cancel 48 hours before your arrival date will result in a charge for one night's stay.

If you make your reservation by phone, tell them you are making reservations for the "Colegio Americano Caracas High School 50th Reunion".   The reservations are at the Omni Royal Orleans.  Phone number to use is 800-843-6664 (800-The-Omni).


Dates of the reunion are April 13, 14, 15, 2010.  Reunion room rates are also good for 3 days before and 3 days after the reunion dates.  Room rates are:

European Petit Queen $129/night
Deluxe Queen $139/night
Deluxe Twin/Twin (2 twin beds) $139/night 
Superior King $149/night
Superior Double/Double (2 double beds) $189/night

13% tax plus $2/night will be added to the room cost.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING VERY CAREFULLY: A block of 15 rooms will be held for us until March 14, 2010.  This means that rooms will exist in one or more of the types of rooms given above until that date.  They will not hold 15 rooms in any one category.  Thus the earlier you make your reservation the better chance you will have of getting a room in the category you want.  On March 14, unclaimed rooms will be released from the contract.

If our needs exceed the 15 room block, additional room requirements will be at the reunion rate provided they are available.

If we do not meet the 15 room quota, we are not liable (do not have to pay for) rooms that are not claimed.  They will be released to the general public on March 14, 2010.

FOR THOSE WHO ARE UNCERTAIN ABOUT ATTENDING THE REUNION:  You should make a reservation.  You can cancel, if needed, without penalty up to 48 hours before arrival time.  By making a reservation now, you are assuring yourself of the type of room that you want at reunion rates.
